Where was the justice.? Oh, I forgot, the boy was a Mexican American who lived on the border; his life did not mean anything. Let’s just sweep it under the rug and get back to business. There should have been a lesson here for the trigger happy GI Joes, but instead this country is headed torward shoot first & ask questions later. I really think if the tables were turn around and the boy was white, things would have been a lot different. But that wasn’t the case.

his smile as he remembered what happened. The boy was shot in the back.
